System - Installation accessories
In the complete Izopanel system, we provide for all auxiliary elements of the installation of sandwich panels. Below are listed the most important elements of our company's system of proven solutions:
Seal flanges Master Flash
The elements which stand out from the Izopanel roof covering, such as ventilation chimneys, should be protected with Master Flash flanges made of EPDM rubber (aging-resistant). The Izopanel product range includes flanges of different sizes (Ø60-450mm). The seal flange enables accurate selection of all elements standing out from the sheet, depending on the coating shape. Roof seals
All small leaks which may lead to the penetration of water and contaminants should be eliminated with the proper roofing seal or special seal bend available in the Izopanel product range. Especially useful are the permanent plastic seals for sealing points of fastening products to walls and points of lateral connection of roof sandwich panels.

Paints
During installation work or transportation, lacquering coatings can suffer such damage as cracks or blurs. To eliminate them, paint of the same color should be applied to damaged locations. Izopanel offers paints of any standard colors of our coatings.

Screws
Sandwich panels and tinwork products are fastened with special self-tapping screws with seals made of EPDM rubber which ensure the tightness of connections. Side and lateral bends of roof panels with polyurethane cores should be additionally connected with tight rivets or short screws for tinwork products. We offer the Farmer type screws which are available in the colors corresponding to the 4.8 x 20 type framework and 5 and 12mm long zinc-plated screws for metal products, as well as zinc-plated screws for other supports, such as wooden and concrete ones.

Seals and tapes
For Izopanel PUR – D roof profiles, Izopanel offers original seals preventing the penetration of water, snow and other foreign substances in such a critical location as the comb. The available seals have a shape corresponding to the roof profile and external sandwich panel lining.
In addition, it is recommended to use special PES tapes in joints of internal sandwich panel lining with the steel structure.
