Cold-formed profiles by IZOPANEL, are modern building materials that are used mainly for a fast and effective formation of wall girts, roof purlins on such buildings as halls, industrial, warehouse, commercial, livestock and production facilities. With optimal distribution of weight and the geometry of sections, our products have high strength and carrying capacity, and are light what significantly facilitates completion of the building process.

Using one of the top modern technological lines in Europe, we have unlimited possibilities of forming of our sections. In addition to deliveries of products included in the basic offer, we also accomplish custom orders, together using other materials of yield strength between 280MPa and 550Mpa, in any length between 100mm and 400mm, with use of black and zinc-plated sheet, including any configuration of holes and in length of up to 15m.

Two basic profile types Z and C we have on offer, are manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 10162 and hold construction mark B and CE mark.

Profiles Z
Cold-formed profiles type Z are used as roof purlins and wall girts. Our offer includes products with a wide range of parameters, however on a special request we can deliver Z-sections with other dimensions and hole configurations.
Profiles C
Cold-formed profiles type C are used as roof purlin and wall girts in steel halls. Our offer includes products with a wide range of parameters, however on a special request we can deliver C-sections with other dimensions and hole configurations.

Basic programme

Includes sections which are in most common use in engineering practice:

profiles made of steel: S350GD+Z
in heights: 150mm, 200mm, 250mm
in thickness: between 1.5mm and 3mm
with any hole configuration: d11mm, d14mm, d18mm and oblong holes 19×25mm
length: up to 15m.

Individual orders

In addition to sections included in Basic Production Programme it is possible to manufacture sections based on individual orders. Also from other materials of yield strength between 280MPa and 550MPa (also delivered by the ordering party); in any length between 100mm and 400mm; with use of black and zinc-plated sheet, with any configuration of holes and in length of up to 15m. We have a large freedom in shaping of geometry of our products.
